Post#4: Finding Health Information

Where can you find health promotion information related to the goal I have identified in this blog? List two online resources you might turn to and explain why you think they would be helpful.

  • For my goal to work out three times a week, to gain energy and feel less tired, I took a look at the Center for Disease and prevention website, it describes on how if one is taking care of their entire body, not just the physical and the dimensions, but also see a doctor regularly, to see if any preventable diseases can be stopped, by seeing a doctor ahead of time, before it gets worse.
  • Another resource was the American Society of Human Genetics, it is a source that speaks about how can how life be impacted if it is well taken care of, or if you lose control and do nothing about way, ways that it can affect you, not just in one dimension, but overlapping in others.
