Post #2: Balancing the Dimensions of Wellness

  • One of my out of health balance behavior that overlaps with two of my Dimensions, and I wish to work on it, is the Physical and Emotional Dimension. So my dilemma is that I feel tired and overweight with no energy throughout the day, and the mind wants to do nothing throughout the day.
  • For the next two weeks, I would set a goal to workout at least three times throughout the week, a minimum to 30 minutes each day, and add more of the whole foods to my diet, such as vegetables, fruits, yogurt and poultry with less fat to it.
  • Within these two weeks, I feel energized and less heavy, not necessary in losing a lot of weight, but feeling less tired, more energized, feeling good with feeding the body wholesome foods. With this, I feel more excited to be more active, do things socially with friends.
